Concerned about herpes

I know there are a few threads on herpes, but none seem to answer my questions. My best friend and I fooled around a couple of months ago and haven't done it since. We mostly did mutual masturbation, oral, and some frottage and when he came I swallowed a little. He has since told me that he has herpes given to him by his former wife while they were married because she cheated. We didn't use any kind of protection because, well I've known him for over ten years and didn't think there would be a problem. (I was the first one he fooled around with after his divorce). read more

Toxic Environment

A young coed named Heather paid a visit to her campus health clinic. She told the doctor she was suffering from depression. The doctor explored possible causes, but Heather could not come up with any reasons for her sadness. Oh, wait—there is one thing, she remembered. Since Thanksgiving, she said, “I’ve had a ‘friend with benefits.’” That is, a male friend that she is not in a relationship with, but has casual sex with.

“We ask about childhood abuse, but not last week’s hookups,” she writes. “We want to know how many cigarettes she has each day, but not how many abortions are in her past. We consider the stress caused by parental expectations but neglect the anguish of herpes, the hazards of promiscuity, and the looming fertility issues for women who always put career first.”www.christianpost.com/article/20070807/28795_Toxic_Environment.htmread more
